The Southsider Voice is the newest, freshest weekly community newspaper on the southside of Indianapolis. With a circulation of 25,000 every Wednesday, plus access to the pages online, it’s easy to get information.

The Southsider Voice’s owners, Kelly Sawyers and Denise Summers were born and raised on the southside. They both make their homes here which makes the southside of the utmost importance to them. It’s no wonder the focus is the southside.

“Our commitment is to our southside community and helping spread positive news to our readers. We want to make this a better place to live and work,” said Kelly Sawyers, publisher.

The inaugural issue hit the streets February 18, 2009 and began spreading information to businesses and homes from Fountain Square to Greenwood and getting raves from readers.
